Ingredient
+ 350 gram / 2 1/2 cup bread flour (a.k.a high protein/gluten/strong flour)
+ 30-35 gram cake flour
+ 40 gram whipping cream
+ 55 gram / 3 tbl spoon + 2 tea spoon caster sugar
+ 5 gram / 1 tea spoon salt
+ 1 large egg
+ 125 ml-130 ml / 1/2 cup milk
+ 7 gram / 1 tbl spoon + 1 tea spoon milk powder
+ 5-6 gram / 2 tea spoon instant yeast
+ 30 gram / 3 tbl spoon butter (unsalted)
+ 1 egg yolk (untuk di sapu di atas dough)
Cara-cara
1) Campur semua bahan basah (milk,egg etc. except butter) ke dalam mixer dan mix sehingga sebati.
2) Kemudian campur semua bahan kering (yeast, milk powder etc. lastly flour) ke dalam mixer sehingga mixer tidak dapat berpusing secara efektif (dough jadi liat dan pekat). Off kan mixer.
3) Knead the dough using your hand, masukkan butter dan uli sehingga dough jadi smooth dan tidak sticky.
4) After finished, let it proof@rest about 40-60 min atau sehingga dough menjadi kembang 2 kali ganda saiz asal.
5) Then take it out on a floured / clean surface and divide it into 3 small portion.
6)-Roll out each portion of the dough with a rolling pin into an oval shape (See picture 2).
-Fold 1/3 from top edge to the middle and press (see picture 3).
-Then fold 1/3 from bottom to the middle and press (see picture 4).
-Turn seal downward. Roll flat and stretch to about 30cm in length (see picture 5).
-With seal upward, roll into a cylinder (see picture 6).
-With seal facing down (see picture 7), place in the loaf tins
-Have the 2nd round of proofing (see picture 8), about 20-25 minutes or until double in size.(jangan lupa sapu tin loaf dengan margarine untuk mengelakkan daripada loaf melekat).

7) Sapu bahagian permukaan loaf dengan kuning telur untuk mencantikkan loaf.
8) Masukkan loaf dalam pre-heated oven (180C -10min) dan bakar selama 30 minit (with covered tin) - api atas & bawah.
9) Selepas itu buka penutup tin dan bakar lagi selama 10 minit. (api atas sahaja).
